We use a variety of delivery methods using couriers and Royal Mail, aiming to deliver your item the next day if ordered before 10am. See the below chart for more details.

*Next day delivery isn't guarneteed, Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of items the next day including Saturdays. All orders placed before 10am will be shipped out the same day.

From time to time items go missing in the post, if your order has not arrived by the time specified, we're here to help.
Please can you check the following before getting in touch?
•Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
•Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
•Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.
If you still cannot locate your order we ask you to please allow the following amount of time to pass before reporting your order as missing:
- Inside UK, please allow 14 days. You can contact us for an update but items aren't deemed missing until 14 days have passed.
- Inside Europe, please allow 21 days. You can contact us for an update but items aren't deemed missing until 21 days have passed.
- Rest of the World, please allow 30 days. You can contact us for an update but items aren't deemed missing until 30 days have passed.
- Other notable countries. Russia, Brazil please allow 60 days for delivery.
If your item hasn't arrived within the time limit we will contact the delivery company to start an investigation. We will then replace the item.
